Service business

The company Dermal R, besides producing its own products, uses a large part of its capacity for service operations. Service operations involve the production of finished and semi-finished footwear for foreign partners, currently including Haix, Gabor, Planika, Ivančica d.d, and Mephisto. In this way, products made in our factories have found their place in showcases on multiple continents.

We operate within a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, which guarantees customers the highest possible level of product and service quality in the areas of manufacturing, wholesale, and retail of footwear.

We also hold the ISO 14001:2015 certificate, an environmental management system. This certificate demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that the impact of production activities is maximally controlled and affects the environment as little as possible.
